SHB2016 - Certificate II in Retail Cosmetics

As part of enrolment into the Certificate II Retail Cosmetics  qualification it is a requirement that you have basic literacy and numeracy skills therefore you will be asked to complete a short assessment based on basic calculations and literacy skills.  As part of the enrolment process SITTC offer optional tutorials to all students at extra cost who need additional support in this area.
If a student is identified as needing additional support, SITTC will  arrange tutorials to allow the student to increase their skills before these components are scheduled in the course.

 How is the course delivered? 

Within your workplace 
Or Day release/Block
1 day per week within our salon
Our qualified trainers will visit you within your salon on a monthly basis and assist with your progression and training. 
Courses are offered on a roll on/roll off basis throughout the year.


This course is funded by the The Government of W.A  Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD)


There are no prerequisites – just a willingness or passion to becoming a Beauty Therapist.  You will also need to: 
Be well presented, be practical and well organised, and be committed to the programme as we demand high standards of attendance, time-keeping and dedication.


After completing the Certificate II, participants can continue onto the Certificate III in Beauty Services or Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Note - Price does not include Kit which is the student’s responsibility.
